We Ship around 232 countries around the world through DHL and charge flat rate $50 per Product. We Offer free Shipping in India and to orders more than $1000 around the World. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
TAXES & DUTIES

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict when they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case to case basis. Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country rules and regulations. Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our or any seller’s, control, but are determined by your local government.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances
Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Deepika Chadha Designs & refund would only in the form of credit voucher code

Products ordered during our Annual sale/ Sale items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns may be slightly delayed.
At no point of time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value.
ORDER DELAY / CANCELLATIONS DUE TO DELAY
Given the complexity in production for the custom orders, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your approval on this matter. This may result in your order getting delayed.
Incase our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided is not right or if there is a variation then we may approach you to cross check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may delay an order.
At any point in time, during the garment construction process it cannot be canceled.
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
We will review and honor returns up to 7 days from the date you received the item(s). Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise. Custom made products are not returnable and non-refundable.
1. We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered.
2. We will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including color mismatch or exchanges for size.
3. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
5. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange / store credit on a case-by-case basis.
6. All returns are subject to verification by our quality team at Deepika Chadha Designs.

8.We will maximum pay for the return shipping up to USD 30.00 (INR 1800) , ( incase it’s our fault ) as credit voucher code for which you need to forward us the scan copy of shipping receipt for the same on email@example.com
9. Please note that a $9.99 (INR 600) re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
10.This credit note will be valid for 6 months and will be given once the products are received by us in, a stable and intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our quality department.
11. Please note that once the parcel has been sent across, a valid tracking # has to be provided via an email so that we can trace the product and get you a confirmation once we receive it.
